Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

7 Rounds
Min 1 – 20 Thrusters
Min 2 – 12 Hand release push-up
Min 3 – 20 Sit-ups Ruck Overhead
*You should have 15-20 seconds of rest each minute. Adjust reps as needed.
