    30# plate for DL and G2OH
    10# plate for Russian Twists
    No weight for Shoulder Taps
    Doing a rep on R and L side counted as 1 rep for Russian Twists and Shoulder Taps

  2. Finished round of 16 (8 rounds)
    46# sandbag for deadlifts and ground to overhead
    26# sand kettlebell for russian twists
    Same as Derrick above for twist and taps reps.
