50m Bear Crawl Ruck Drag
10 Push-up (no ruck)
50m Bear Crawl Ruck Drag
20 Ruck Ground to Overhead
10 Overhead Squat w/4 second pause in the bottom
20 Shoulder Taps with Ruck on
10 Reverse Lunges
