Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

2 Sets (Rest 1:30 between Sets)
1 Set = AMRAP 7
10 Reverse Lunges
10 Burpees
10 4-Count Mountain Climbers

    2nd Round: 3 Rounds + 10 Reps
    Burpees – PU with hand clap (no jump)
    100 degree temp
    60 YOA
