  1. For those of us that are new to rucking and WODs that started in the isolation of COVID, we may not know what some of these movements/exercises are or how to do them properly.

    It would be helpful to have an explanation or short video clip to help us learn the proper movement/form/technique.

    Any chance of adding a reference page with a few tutorials for us newbies?
