40 4-count flutter kicks (ruck overhead)
10 Sit-ups (ruck on chest)
200m Farmers Carry

    30 lbs ruck (and with extra weight for the farmer carry, totaling 90 lbs)

    All movements with a 30 lb. Ruck
    Wore the ruck and carried two (2) 30 lb. kettlebells for the Farmer’s Carry (Thanks Romain!)
