Not sure if we’ve ever done a squat with the ruck on one shoulder. Hope you like it.

Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

18 Minute AMRAP
20 Shoulder-to-shoulder
10 squats with ruck on right shoulder*
10 squats with ruck on left shoulder*
10 ruck curls

*Ruck should be resting on your shoulder beside your head. Like a ghetto blaster in the 80’s.
