10 Pushups (ruck on)
15 Air squats
20 Walking Lunges
–Rest 1 Minute Between each 8 Minute AMRAP–

4:18? It should be 3 – 8-Minute AMRAP with a minute rest between. So, 8 minutes of doing the 10-15-20 as many times as possible, then rest 1 minute, then do 8 minutes of the 10-15-20, then rest 1 minute, and do the 10-15-20 again.
Yeah. I realized that after I got done. I attribute lack of coffee. Lol. Will attempt again tomorrow.
