Any chance you can start sending these out at like 0400? ? Our F3 group does ruck workouts MWF at 0415. I’ve done a few of these RuckWOD workouts the last couple months and we’re going to start using them for our early morning double-downs. GORUCK’s SRT has gotten kinda old-news.
