Max Rounds in 3 Minutes:
3 Ground to Overhead
6 Pushups (ruck on optional)
9 Squats
After 3 minutes of work, Rest 1 Minute
-Repeat 5 times-

When these wods are being executed, are the ground to overhead done with a weighted ruck? Same question but applying to thrusters or push press, etc. are these movements done with a weighted ruck, unless specified with a sandbag or something? Thanks in advance ?
Written to be done with a ruck, but people often do it with sandbags.
Is there an RX/scale weight like in CrossFit or just whatever? Thanks again
We don’t post scales, but the concept applies. Decrease ruck weight or use body weight as/when needed. Can also adjust reps or time domains as needed.
