Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.
A tabata is a 4 minute workout. It is :20 of work and :10 of rest repeated 8 times.
Tabata 1 – Squats
Tabata 2 – Shoulder Taps
Tabata 3 – 4-Count Flutter Kicks
Tabata 4 – Lunges
Tabata 5 – 4-Count Mountain Climbers
Rest 1 minute between Tabatas.
Complete the entire Tabata before moving on to the next one.
