Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.
Min 1 – 8-12 Burpee over ruck
Min 2 – 8-12 Ruck High Pulls
Min 3 – 20-25 Ruck Swings
Min 4 – Max 4-count Flutter Kicks
Min 5 – Rest
