Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

AMRAP 20 Minutes
Set ruck down
Run 100m (no ruck, 50 out/50 back)
Perform 2 Ruck Ground to Overhead
Each time you return to your ruck, increase the Ground to Overhead by 2 reps.
