Minute 1 – 15 4-count Mountain Climbers
Minute 2 – 15 4-count Flutter Kicks
Minute 3 – 20 Ruck Swings
Minute 4 – :30 Overhead Hold
–Increase reps if prescribed rep counts are not enough for you. Shoot for 40-50 seconds of work each minute–
