Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

Minute 1 – 20 4-Count Flutter Kicks
Minute 2 – 20 Russian Twists
Minute 3 – Max 8-Count Man-makers
Minute 4 – Rest

Increase or decrease reps on flutter kicks and twists based on your fitness level. Should take 45ish seconds to complete.

NOTE: If you did CHAD yesterday, we do recommend going for a walk or light ruck today to flush out those legs.
