Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

Max Rounds in 3 Minutes
3 Ruck Ground to Overhead
6 Ruck Shoulder to Overhead
9 Squats holding ruck in front (overhead optional)
(Rest 1 minute)
Repeat for 5 total rounds of the above.

(Score is the round with the least Rounds and Reps. Post in comments.)
