Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

EMOM 20 Minutes
Min 1 – 14 Burpees Over Ruck
Minute 2 – Max Ruck Ground to Overhead
Min 3 – 1:00 Overhead Hold
Min 4 – Rest
