Rest 1 Minute
Max Overhead Hold at the bottom of a squat
Rest 1 Minute
Max 6-inches
(Match or beat your hold times in round 2 and 3. If you don’t 5 burpee penalty for each failure to meet the standard at the end of the 3 rounds.)
