EMOM x 16 Minutes
Min 1 – 15 Ruck High Pulls
Min 2 – 12 Ruck Thrusters
Min 3 – 20 Push-ups (ruck optional)
Min 4 – 30-40 Second Bottom of a Squat Ruck Overhead Hold
