EMOM 25 minutes
Min 1 – 20 4-count Mountain Climbers
Min 2 – 10 Ruck on push ups
Min 3 – 20 4-count flutter kicks
Min 4 – Max shoulder taps
Min 5 – rest
*Adjust reps as needed to make the workout a challenge.
