Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

4 Sets
On a 6 minute running clock
6 8-Count Manmakers
12 Push Press
24 Lunges (suitcase carry)
-rest remainder of the time-
–If rest time is greater than 2 minutes, add a max overhead hold–
