Happy Monday. We’ve got a fun 20 minutes planned. Those burpee step-ups with the ruck on are the real magic sauce in this one. 

Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.

5 Rounds for Time
20 Deadlifts
20 Burpee Step Ups (with ruck on)
20 Situps (Ruck overhead)
