Today’s Ruck WOD is as follows.
8 Sets (:20 On / :10 Off)*
Movement 1 – Lunges
Movement 2 – Overhead Press
Movement 3 – Flutter Kicks
Movement 4 – Bent Over Rows
*Perform movement 1 for 8 sets of :20 of work and :10 of rest. Then, go right into movement 2 in the same pattern. Continue through all 4 movements.
