Death by Ground to Overhead
Minute 1: 5 Ground to Overhead (rest in time remaining)
Minute 2: 6 Ground to Overhead (rest in time remaining)
Minute 3: 7 Ground to Overhead (rest in time remaining)
Minute 4: 8 Ground to Overhead (rest in time remaining)
Continue until you can no longer perform the number of reps within the minute.
